In 2023, BETAMONT s.r.o. successfully applied for a non-repayable financial grant aimed at the construction of solar energy utilization facilities for electricity production, through the call OPKZP-P04-SC411-2022-79. This is a demand-driven project within the operational program “Quality of the Environment,” where the Slovak Innovation and Energy Agency OP KŽP – SIEA acts as the intermediary body. The project is co-financed by the European Union within the European Regional Development Fund.
The contracted amount of the NFG is EUR 13,594.87.
Completion date of implementation 12/2023.
The project involves the installation of a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 38.540kWp on the roof of the building located on parcel no. 1535/46, cadastral area 832057 Lieskovec, belonging to BETAMONT s.r.o., with the aim of reducing the building’s energy intensity.
The photovoltaic system will serve as a local electricity source for the building and will be connected via an ON GRID system, operating in parallel with the distribution network, producing electricity for self-consumption and supplying any surplus to the public distribution network.
By installing the photovoltaic system, the applicant demonstrates responsible environmental conduct and actively contributes to climate protection by significantly reducing CO2 emissions.
Photovoltaics generate electricity from a renewable source, which is the sun. The operation of the photovoltaic system is environmentally friendly; no harmful substances or noise emissions are produced. Maintenance requirements are minimal.
